Thank you for shopping with Chance Burleson. Each item is made to order just for you, so we take great care to ensure quality and satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Made-to-Order Policy

All products at Chance Burleson are printed on demand, meaning they are created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference issues. Please double-check your sizing and order details before confirming your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after payment is confirmed. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns for Other Reasons

Since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size or color selected

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed shipping due to carrier issues

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
