Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the site.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
